I certify that I am the caregiver of these cats but do not take ownership of the cats in my colony I agree as the colony manager/ caretaker to: * *Feed the cats nutritious food and clean water *Monitor the cats for overall physical conditions *Be alert for the un-altered cats joining the colony and notify Friends of Felines Rescue that trapping and neutering for the new cat is needed I understand a trap deposit is required if I will be trapping cats in my colony. There is no deposit if Friends of Felines Rescue has arranged to do the trapping. * All cats coming for surgery must be in trap.
