Founded in 2020, Friends of Felines Rescue began in Rio Linda and has since expanded to serve Rio Linda and the surrounding communities. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, our mission is simple: to reduce cat overpopulation through rescue, spay and neuter programs, and community support. By working together with local residents, volunteers, and donors, we strive to improve the lives of cats while creating a healthier, more compassionate community for both people and animals.
